some early bird (7AM) & night owl (9PM) appointments available (though studio bird INK may snooze through them.)

events & parties: travel & group rates available.
I’ll (try to) send you a confirmation 48-24 hours prior to your appointment with the address etc. - IF I miss it (I do, sometimes) don't hesitate to reach-out whenever!
50% deposit required for all appointments. (remainder paid day of)
Full payment required for pop ups & following cancellations.
a note on time: i can be notoriously tardy, too .. if you tend to be timely i admire you. But if you’re a bit early or late please let me know by text ASAP - your appointment time is ideal!

I totally understand, things come up - please contact me
minimum 48 hours before to cancel or reschedule.
under 48 hours:
deposit is held but can be transferred to rebooking.
under 24 hours:
deposit of 50% is held as payment, new deposit required for rebooking.
cancellations within 2 hours
& no show:
payment of full price of service required (remainder of deposit to be paid), new deposit of 50% if rebooking.
