You will hear back within 24-48 hours. for last minute bookings (within 48 hours of request) - phone or email directly will be best!

 

weekends limited availability & fill up quickly - sooner is better than later.

weekdays some available for daytimes & evenings (book ahead!)

last minute? I may have space, ASAP. and will always try to make something work. never know unless you ask - so. please. do!

special occasion? let me know! we will make special efforts to fit you in to be freshest for your event.

events, parties, pop ups, groups, & travel (to you) is available (with special rates!) - lets see what we can do. 

  

when reaching out, please include: best availability (evenings, weekends, specific dates) &/or any special occasions or a pressing timelines - i'll do my best.

once we find a date: i'll need your full preferred name, pronouns, phone number & email address. any personal fun facts & nail inspo too. (if you have it - but don't worry if not yet, we can figure it out later, even day of!)

+ a 50% deposit required for all appointments. (remainder paid day of).

 

you'll receive a calendar invite by email with appointment details, address & deposit confirmation. (we live by GCal - please confirm there if possible!)

i’ll (try to) send you a confirmation text 48-24 hours prior to your appointment. IF I forget to (I do, sometimes) don't hesitate to reach-out whenever!
 

a note on time: i can be notoriously tardy, too .. if you tend to be timely i admire you. But if you’re a bit early or late please let me know by text ASAP - your appointment time is ideal!

 

 

can't make it?

I totally understand, things come up - please contact me a minimum 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

under 48 hours:
deposit is held but can be transferred to rebooking. 

under 24 hours:

deposit of 50% is held as payment, new deposit required for rebooking.

cancellations within 1 hour & no show:
payment of full price of service required (remainder of deposit to be paid), new deposit of 50% if rebooking. 

full payment required @ booking after 2 cancellations/reschedules.
