APPOINTMENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
can't make it?
I totally understand, things come up - please contact me a minimum 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
under 48 hours:
deposit is held but can be transferred to rebooking.
under 24 hours:
deposit of 50% is held as payment, new deposit required for rebooking.
cancellations within 1 hour & no show:
payment of full price of service required (remainder of deposit to be paid), new deposit of 50% if rebooking.
full payment required @ booking after 2 cancellations/reschedules.
(I don’t love this part either, but thank you for understanding!)
